Review Policy

Who can review

Anyone with a genuine experience of a listed business may submit a review. Reviews require a verified email address and collect a rating, the service used, an approximate service date, and the review text.

What verification means

Email verification confirms the reviewer controls the email address given. It does not verify that a project or purchase took place, and reviews are labelled accordingly.

Moderation

Reviews are moderated for spam, abuse, hate speech, personal information about third parties, and conflicts of interest. We do not edit a review’s meaning; reviews are published, held, or removed. Businesses cannot pay to remove or improve reviews.

Business responses

Claimed businesses may respond to reviews of their company. Responses are moderated to the same standard.

External ratings

We do not copy ratings or reviews from third-party platforms without permitted access and clear attribution, and external ratings are never merged with platform ratings.

Reporting

Anyone can report a review from the business profile. Reports are reviewed by administrators.
