Terms of Use

The service

Durham Windows and Doors operates a directory and enquiry platform. We do not sell, install or repair windows or doors, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a listed business.

Listings

Listing information is supplied by businesses or compiled from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. A listing, claim, verification badge or sponsored placement is not an endorsement, guarantee or certification of a business’s work, insurance or credentials. Always confirm details directly with the business before hiring.

Quote requests

By submitting a request you consent to share the request with the businesses you select. Businesses provide their own estimates, availability and terms; the directory does not set prices or guarantee responses.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience, must not be abusive, and may be moderated or removed under the Review Policy. Businesses may respond.

Business content

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of content they supply and must be authorised to represent the company. We may moderate, correct or remove listings that breach the Listing Standards.

Liability

The directory is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by Ontario law, we are not liable for the work, products or conduct of listed businesses.
