About Durham Windows and Doors

Durham Windows and Doors is an independent directory and enquiry platform connecting homeowners and property managers in Durham Region, Ontario, Canada with window and door companies.

What we do

We organise listings by service and by service coverage across the eight Durham municipalities — Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Clarington, Uxbridge, Scugog and Brock — so you can find, compare and contact companies, read practical buying guides, and send quote requests to the businesses you choose.

What we are not

We are not a window or door installer, retailer or manufacturer. We have no showroom, no installation crews, and no products of our own. Listed companies provide the actual products and services, set their own prices, and give their own warranties. The directory does not certify workmanship, insurance or credentials.

How listings work

Basic listings are free. A listing may be claimed (an authorised representative manages it after verification), information verified (specific details have been checked — the listing states which), or sponsored (the business paid for placement, always labelled). Unclaimed listings are compiled from public sources, show their source and checked date, and are never presented as verified. A listing is not an endorsement.

How we make money

Through clearly labelled sponsored placements, featured positions and banner advertising. Payment never buys reviews, ratings, verification, or an undisclosed recommendation. See Advertise With Us and our Editorial & Listing Standards.

Accuracy

We would rather show “Not provided” than guess. If you spot an error, use Report a Listing and we will review it. Business owners can claim their listing to keep details current.
